In the header a numbering is shown (Page 1 of 4). In the footer you see the filename and the print date (file://C:\etc.).
This is a setting of Internet Explorer. This application is used for printing in Teach2000.
To remove this headers, open Internet Explorer and choose [File][Page Setup].
The Page Setup settings are shown.
Empty the header text (&w&bPage &p of &P).
Empty the footer text as well (&u&b&d).
